XMail provide two kinds of database to store your email address.

• Microsoft Access
• Microsoft SQL Server

also you can select Export to txt file.

Database table structure:

Table name: emailaddress

Table columns:

Please follow the above table structure to create access file or you can download a sample.mdb

Note: You can't modify anything in this table(name & columns), otherwise XMail will not save email addresses to database.
